PROJECT 4 - HI-FI APP DESIGN PROTOTYPE

Based on user testing feedback, I made further improvements to the low-fidelity prototype. User feedback indicated that the interaction flow of the sharing page within the trip creation page was difficult to understand, so I made adjustments to this part.

Next, I began high-fidelity prototyping. In the application, I used UI Kit to maintain consistency in the overall visual language while improving the design efficiency and maintainability of the high-fidelity prototype.

UI Kit is organized into color palette, typography, button components, icons, and cards/containers to ensure visual consistency and scalable design:

Next, I added the app's monetization model, which involves generating revenue by offering a Pro version.

In terms of gamification, I chose to add an achievement system to increase user engagement and encourage users to continue using the application:

Next, I completed the design of a high-fidelity prototype, and I used videos to demonstrate the application's main functions and processes.

REFLECTION

This module provided me with a more comprehensive and realistic understanding of application design. Over 14 weeks, I learned how to design an application. Through practical tasks at different stages, I learned how to transform design ideas into working prototypes and continuously optimize design decisions based on feedback.

Overall, this module not only helped improve my professional application design skills but also fostered a more rational, user-centered design mindset. In the future, I hope to apply the methods and experiences learned in this course to more realistic and complex design scenarios to further enhance my design abilities.
