Week 3
Determine the research topic
More research could be done.
Put more thought into the topic and gathered additional information.
Week 4
Task 1 Inspection
An introduction needs to be included, and the research questions need to correspond to the research objectives.
An introduction section was added, and the research question and research objectives were revised.
Week 5
Overall inspection of task 1
The topic is too long, please pay attention to the citation format.
I modified the reference link.
Week 6
Task 2 Inspection
The article format needs to be revised to include strengths and weaknesses sections.
Added strengths and weaknesses sections to criticism and evaluation.
Week 7
Overall inspection of task 2
Task 2 was generally done.
Refined the details of the article.

Week 9
Task 3 Inspection
Modify my questionnaire and complete it. I need to explain why I chose Young Adults and provide literature support. I also need to add inclusion and exclusion criteria.
The reasons for choosing Young Adults were explained and the inclusion and exclusion criteria were added.
Week 10
Questionnaire Question Check
The questionnaire questions were checked one by one and those that needed to be revised were suggested.
Modified my questionnaire and completed the questionnaire.
Week 11
Investigation progress
It is necessary to screen the questionnaire to filter out the data that has not been used in the decompression application. Continue to complete the data collection and then conduct data analysis.
Continue to collect data.
Week 12
Overall progress of Task 3
Please pay attention to the format of the chart. When citing data in the original paper, all percentages should be added (n=xxx). Please summarize how all your results answer your research question.
The chart format was revised, and (n=xxx) was added to all percentages in the original text, and the research questions were summarized and answered.

Further modifications were made to the chart
REFLECTION
Experience: Throughout the research process, I explored the UI/UX design of stress relief apps in depth. In the process of completing the research, I first completed the research plan, then critically referred to 3 articles, and completed user research and data analysis. I collected user emotional experience data through questionnaires, analyzed the impact of different UI elements (such as color, interaction, icons, fonts) on users' emotional states, and studied how psychotherapy can combine design elements to help users relieve stress and psychological problems. Through this process, I not only improved my data analysis skills, but also gained a deeper understanding of the mechanism of action of UI/UX design on mental health.
Observation:
During the research process, I observed that different design elements have a positive impact on users' emotional responses. According to the survey results, I learned that many users think that soft colors can bring a comfortable feeling, and simple and clear interface layouts are easier for users to use. I also noticed that some users have a positive attitude towards gamification design, especially personalized recommendations and emotional progress tracking functions, which can enhance users' motivation and sustainability. According to the survey research, many users expect stress relief apps to be integrated with health systems.
Discovery:
UI/UX design can directly affect the user's mental state, especially in stress management applications. I found that combining psychotherapy (such as CBT, mindfulness) with UI/UX has a very good effect. For example, guided meditation, mindfulness, etc., all enhance the user's emotional experience. Most users believe that the combination of psychotherapy and UI/UX has a very good effect and can help them regulate their emotions and psychological stress. UI design is no longer an auxiliary role in the field of mental health, but one of the core components of the intervention process.
